Why does hand cream rub mud?

There are more than one reasons for the phenomenon of mud rubbing. In general, dry weather is more likely to cause mud rubbing in hand cream. When the skin is severely dehydrated, more dandruff develops. When skin care products are applied, skin flakes mix with skin care products to form a "slime".

 Other reasons include:

 1. The characteristics and texture of skin care products, such as natural organic polymer products, can decompose in a specific environment, resulting in separation and variation. Therefore, gel products are most likely to cause mud rubbing, and skin care products with protein may cause mud rubbing. If skin care products from different emulsification systems, such as some water containing glycerin, are used together with some skin care products, there will be mud rubbing. So it’s no problem to use a certain cream all the time, but suddenly change to a softener and apply it before the cream, and mud will appear, this is nothing more than normal.
